David Price selects his favourite pics from 25/26! | Gallery | News

Following on from Stuart MacFarlane’s top snaps, fellow club photographer David Price has hand-picked his favourites from a memorable campaign.

David was with the side every step of the way, from Old Trafford in August all the way through to lifting the Premier League trophy at Selhurst Park in May.

With the post-season break in full swing, David has selected his absolute favourites, counting down from 20, all the way to one.

Scroll through the list below to see which pic top the charts!

Hello Hincapie – A nice behind-the-scenes shot of Piero during his signing video. The harsh light works really well and him holding the flag just works perfectly.

Gabi gets away – A nice, clean action picture showing the speed and power of Gabriel Martinelli to break away from two Kairat Almaty defenders.

Competitive edge – A really fun picture. Declan and Bukayo are taking each other on in a fun little game before training. As you can see, it gets very competitive very quickly!

Parade day – I’m lucky to have covered parades before, but I don’t think anyone knew what to expect that day. The sights and sounds were amazing. I like this frame because every inch of it is filled with fans, and I had to include one with the red smoke.

Let it all work out – I love this image as it’s a nice clean shot of our new number 10 waving to the Arsenal supporters. It was a bit tricky to get a clean shot with two cameramen and me all trying to get the same shot. But this one works really well.

The mask – At the start of the season, I knew we would get to see this celebration a few times. But it’s always a great feeling when you can get a really clean shot of Viktor’s iconic celebration.

Picture perfect – Just a fun frame. Lovely sign and the window perfectly frames the two fans as they react to seeing the parade buses heading their way.

Under the lights – Before the Bayer Leverkusen match, I remembered I had an old star filter in my office, so I thought I’d give it a go. It works really well if you can get close to a player, but on a level where the floodlights are right behind them. I like the way the light frames Dec’s face.

What it means – As we neared the end of the season, every game became more important, and I love this explosion of emotion from Leandro and Cristhian following Leo’s important goal at the London Stadium.

Captain’s glow – I got a bit lucky with this one! Martin was standing over a free kick, but where he stood was within a thin shaft of light, so it lit up his number while the rest of the frame was in shadow.

Cool customer – Eberechi takes a moment to look effortlessly cool while all the Premier League trophy celebrations are going on in the background. What an amazing day is was at Selhurst Park.

Cold on the coast – I don’t often switch my pictures to black and white, but it works well for this frame. I think it also helps to convey the coldness of that evening in Bournemouth in January 2026.

On the board – I included a frame of Mikel from this same match in my 2025 roundup when he jumped up to celebrate, but I also love this one as Mikel celebrates with the Arsenal supporters with the scoreboard in the background.

Rising highest – I like this picture because it feels like there is so much going on in the frame, but amid all the bodies, there is little Gabi leaping high to head home.

Chelsea dagger – This is another of my favourites from the season. The emotion on Kai’s face is brilliant, but I also love the steam coming up off his shoulders and catching in the floodlights.

Gold dust – As Stuart follows the trophy, my job is to try and capture something a bit different away from the chaos. I love this one as Myles shows off his gold Premier League patch.

Winning feeling – Love this picture. Our two giant defenders, Gabriel and William Saliba, celebrating as they come off the London Stadium pitch after a very important win over West Ham.

NLD emotions – Definitely one of my favourites of the whole season. So much to enjoy in this frame. Ebs covering his huge smile. Zubi just shrugging his shoulders, and Piero and Dec about to go wild. A very enjoyable afternoon.

A moment in time – Again, pretty simple shot but love that it has a nod to our history with the Highbury Clock End clock in the background.

Perfect ending – Love this picture because Mikel is thrown into the air, creating a clean background that is just Arsenal supporters. I also love how happy Mikel is, and I like the hands at the bottom reaching up to catch him.
