Our CEO, Richard Garlick and Arsenal legend, Rachel Yankey OBE, joined supporters at Emirates Stadium to celebrate an historic 2025/26 season, answer supporter questions and look ahead to sustaining and building upon our success together.
Hosted by Arsenal supporter Nicole Holliday, the evening wrapped up a year of varied and extensive engagement between our club’s leadership and supporter representatives through the Arsenal Advisory Board, our supporter forums, supporter club events and activities in north London and around the world.
Both Premier League and FIFA Champions Cup trophies were in attendance for guests to enjoy our silverware up close. This is part of the trophies’ tour around our community who have been a huge part of this season’s success.
During a wide-ranging and live Q&A, supporters put their questions to Richard on subjects including our values and priorities, ticketing, accessibility, Emirates Stadium and how we will continue to grow, compete for major trophies with a continued commitment to our community, squad investment, and player trading.
Richard spoke in detail about the club’s priority to win major trophies in a sustainable way with supporters at the heart of what we do. Reflecting on the journey, he spoke about the importance of stable and invested ownership, and everyone connected to Arsenal committing to the vision and strategy which has delivered success for the club this season. Looking ahead, Richard spoke about the desire to sustain success and deliver more silverware, which is not without challenges and could mean tough decisions along the way. In the spirit of the club’s values of progress and innovation, he reminded everyone that standing still is not an option for Arsenal.
Rachel Yankey joined the discussion with her reflections on the journey and this season with stories from her own hugely successful playing career during which she won every major trophy with Arsenal. Rachel spoke about starting out with Arsenal in the Community, Arsenal’s values and the special bond between our teams and supporters.
Richard concluded the session with thanks for the passion and commitment of everyone connected to Arsenal, recognising our north London community as the epicentre of our global Arsenal family, who celebrated our Premier League success around the world.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Richard Garlick said: “Our supporters are at the heart of everything we do, which we saw in north London and across the world as we celebrated our historic Premier League and FIFA Champions Cup wins.
“The connection we share is unique to Arsenal, and we are ambitious to build on that connection next season by continuing to engage supporters.”
Arsenal legend Rachel Yankey said: “Arsenal supporters are the heart of the club and have driven the phenomenal growth of Arsenal Women since I played here. It was fantastic to come together with our growing community to celebrate a successful season together. Thank you for the warm welcome and great conversation.”
Our supporter engagement will continue to develop, and we will publish our Supporter Engagement Plan for 2026/27 in August.
