Our 2025/26 Premier League title-winning campaign was built on the bedrock of our defence, and key to that was Gabriel’s performances in our backline.
Our Brazilian centre-back’s displays alongside William Saliba led him to finish third in the voting for our men’s Player of the Season award, as he contributed to 17 clean sheets in the league, as well as another 11 during our runs to the Champions League and Carabao Cup finals.
But he has been a colossus for us ever since his arrival from Lille in 2020, going on to make 261 appearances for us and now being rewarded with a Premier League winner’s medal.
