{"id":9387,"date":"2026-05-28T17:37:04","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T17:37:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportings.com.ng\/?p=9387"},"modified":"2026-05-28T17:37:04","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T17:37:04","slug":"uefa-fan-meeting-point-activity-confirmed-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportings.com.ng\/?p=9387","title":{"rendered":"UEFA Fan Meeting Point activity confirmed | News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>We\u2019re delighted to share with our supporters travelling to Budapest some further information on what you can expect at our Arsenal Fan Meeting Point at Varosliget.  <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019d love as many supporters as possible to meet here on the day to enjoy the pre-match celebrations and soak up the matchday atmosphere ahead of the final.  <\/p>\n<p>UEFA has also today confirmed that the Final will be screened at the Fan Meeting Point for all those who wish to join us that don\u2019t have a ticket.  <\/p>\n<p>Further information on travel to the Fan Meeting Point and in and around Budapest can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uefa.com\/uefachampionsleague\/event-guide\/arsenal\/?_preview_token_uefacom=eventguide\" target=\"_blank\">UEFA website<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you need to know:  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Information <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Opening: 08.00, Saturday 30 May  <\/p>\n<p>Programming begins: 10.00  <\/p>\n<p>Entry is free and the Fan Meeting Point is open to all Arsenal supporters, with or without a ticket to the game. However, please note that if we reach capacity, ticket holders will be prioritised. <\/p>\n<p>The game will be screened live for supporters without a ticket to the game.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s on  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll have loads of special guests from across our Arsenal family, with lots of other activity for supporters to get involved with ahead of the final.  <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll have special appearances from: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arsenal legends  <\/li>\n<li>Gunnersaurus<\/li>\n<li>Roman Kemp<\/li>\n<li>Jeremiah Asiamah<\/li>\n<li>Femi Koleoso from Ezra Collective<\/li>\n<li>And a few more surprises  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Activities include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Face painting<\/li>\n<li>Temporary Tattoos<\/li>\n<li>Foosball tables<\/li>\n<li>Photo opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Mini pitch<\/li>\n<li>Football games<\/li>\n<li>Activity on stage  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Run of show  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what you can expect throughout the day. Please note that these are indicative and may be subject to change on the day.  <\/p>\n<p>10:00 &#8211; Stage programing begins with Daniyal Khan  <\/p>\n<p>11:15-11:30 &#8211; Gunnersaurus Penalty shootout<\/p>\n<p>11:45- 12:45 &#8211; Jeremiah Asamiah DJ set<\/p>\n<p>12:47-13:00 &#8211; Gunnersaurus Penalty Shootout<\/p>\n<p>13:00-13:15 &#8211; Arsenal legends panel<\/p>\n<p>13:30 &#8211; Pete Mujuzi, the voice of Emirates Stadium, will be joining us on stage<\/p>\n<p>13:45- 14:30 &#8211; Femi Koleoso DJ set<\/p>\n<p>14:50 &#8211; Pete\u2019s Countdown<\/p>\n<p>15:15 &#8211; Fan march begins<\/p>\n<p>15:15-17:00 &#8211; UEFA DJ<\/p>\n<p>17:00-17:40 &#8211; Live From N5 Screening<\/p>\n<p>17:40 &#8211; TV coverage begins<\/p>\n<p>18:00 \u2013 kick off  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Fan Walk <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are encouraging our supporters to walk together to the stadium from the Fan Meeting point. The Walk will begin around 15:15 and we will signpost this at the event. <\/p>\n<p>Gunnersaurus will be leading the way &#8211; please keep an eye out for him! <\/p>\n<p><strong>Post-Match <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Fan Meeting Point will remain open after the game has finished, with activity still going on up until 02:00 on Sunday 31st of May. We will have more scheduled activity for supporters after full-time for those coming back from the game.  <\/p>\n<p>The site will also remain open from 02:00-06:00 on Sunday morning, operating as a Transport Hub with key facilities open for supporters. <\/p>\n<p>Supporters on our charter flight should come back to the Fan Meeting Point following final whistle, as this is where your transfer to the airport will depart from.  <\/p>\n<p>Concessions and facilities will be open during this time for supporters to use, as they wait for their return journey home.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Other information on the Fan Meeting Point: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Important information  <\/em><\/p>\n<p>With warm temperatures expected in Budapest, we encourage supporters to stay hydrated, bring sunscreen and suitable clothing for the weather. Drinking water will be provided free for supporters.  <\/p>\n<p>There will be free sunscreen available in the Fan Meeting Point.
