The Georgia international is viewed as the perfect reinforcement to elevate the Gunners’ attack and to provide a splash of creativity and real quality. However, PSG insist that he is “near-unsellable.”<\/p>\n
He is a “jewel” in the Ligue 1 giants’ project, and it would take a monumental fee to prise him away from the French capital, even if the player’s camp is said to be open to the idea of joining Arsenal.<\/p>\n

Barcelona’s Alvarez budget <\/h2>\n
Barcelona are unlikely to be willing to pay more than \u20ac70m for Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez, Sport <\/b><\/i>asserts.<\/p>\n
The Catalans have a budget of around \u20ac130m this summer, which is to be split on a striker and a centre-back. \u20ac60m is allocated for the arrival of a world-class defender like Inter star Alessandro Bastoni.<\/p>\n
Atleti, though, value Alvarez at well over \u20ac80m, making a deal complicated for Barcelona. As a result, Man City striker Omar Marmoush has been earmarked as a potential alternative.<\/p>\n
