Southampton’s X (formerly Twitter) account took a cheeky dig at an Arsenal fan after knocking the Gunners out of the FA Cup. The Saints defeated Mikel Arteta’s side 2-1 at the St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday, April 4.<\/p>\n
Ross Stewart gave the Championship side a surprise lead in the first half after Ben White misjudged the flight of the ball and failed to get at the end of a cross. The Southampton star had enough time to chest the ball down and slot it past Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 35th minute.<\/p>\n

If someone has to take responsibility, it’s me – we have the most beautiful period of the season ahead of us, and now is the moment.
