Arsenal appear to be positioning themselves at the front of several major talent transfers this summer. And it could pit them against Eintracht Frankfurt in more ways than one.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arsenal join race for Kennet Eichhorn<\/h2>\n

The first clash could be for 16-year-old midfielder sensation Kennet Eichhorn, one of Germany\u2019s most coveted emerging talents.<\/p>\n

Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Kr\u00f6sche is still pushing hard to sign him, but competition is fierce, with Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Arsenal all circling.<\/p>\n

Frankfurt can offer the clearest route to immediate first-team minutes, but are wary of the \u2018mega competition\u2019 from Arsenal and others.<\/p>\n

The Gunners could offer a strong long-term development plan to the youngster, and have a recent, impressive history of blooding youngsters in the first team under Mikel Arteta.<\/p>\n

\u20ac65m for Nathaniel Brown<\/h2>\n

Arsenal are also monitoring Frankfurt defender Nathaniel Brown. He is widely expected to leave the Bundesliga side this summer.<\/p>\n

Eintracht want at least \u20ac65m for the 22-year-old, knowing that there is interest at the very top of European football.<\/p>\n

Arsenal are keen, but there is also Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City and Liverpool in the picture. All of those clubs are said to have made enquiries about the defender.<\/p>\n

Arsenal\u2019s interest is nothing new either. A report in February made it clear the race was very much open for the left-back this summer.<\/p>\n

Nathaniel Brown is not the only Frankfurt player on Arsenal\u2019s list either. Another talent drawing attention is winger Jean\u2011Matt\u00e9o Bahoya. Arsenal, and several other English clubs, are tracking his situation.<\/p>\n

Eintracht Frankfurt want around \u20ac40m for the 20-year-old, who has three goals and four assists in 24 Bundesliga games this season.<\/p>\n

That value is expected to drop as the summer progresses, though. Transfermarkt currently rate him at \u20ac25m. He cost the German side \u20ac8m in 2024. So there\u2019s a big profit to be made either way.<\/p>\n

Arsenal positioning themselves<\/h2>\n

Arsenal, for now, appear to be positioning themselves and considering their options. But the focus is clearly on young talent they can develop for the future.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s leading them into direct conflict with Eintracht Frankfurt, whether it is to sign the German club\u2019s players or get one they really want in Eichhorn.<\/p>\n

Either way, the Gunners are clearly targeting the next wave of talent as they look to establish themselves at the top in Europe once again.<\/p>\n
