Nottingham Forest central midfielder Elliot Anderson insists he\u2019s only focusing on the 2026 World Cup despite plenty of transfer rumours about his future.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 23-year-old is enjoying a superb season for Forest and now looks certain to be a starter for England at the World Cup this summer.<\/p>\n

Still, a big move could also be in store for Anderson, who has interest from Manchester United, according to Sky Sports<\/a> and others, while we\u2019ve also received information about Chelsea<\/a> and Arsenal being keen on him.<\/p>\n

For now, however, it seems Anderson is keen to play down speculation and focus on England while he\u2019s with the squad for these pre-World Cup preparations.<\/p>\n

Elliot Anderson responds to questions on his future<\/h2>\n

When asked about the ongoing transfer talk, Anderson refused to get too drawn into it, instead shifting the focus onto England and the World Cup.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve obviously got the World Cup this summer, so all my eyes are on that and playing for England,\u201d he said in a press conference, as quoted by the Daily Mirror<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve obviously got the badge on now, so that\u2019s what I\u2019m thinking about at the moment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Anderson will surely be keen to have a strong tournament for the Three Lions as it will likely only enhance his reputation even further.<\/p>\n

Where next for Elliot Anderson?<\/h2>\n

It seems we\u2019re still going to have to wait a while longer to know for sure where Anderson is going to end up, and it\u2019s not surprising that the player himself isn\u2019t keen to give us any clues.<\/p>\n

The England international could do well to choose a winning project like Arsenal, though it also looks like Man Utd are making progress as they close in on Champions League qualification.<\/p>\n
